Each Simulator frame is hand finished in type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, the very same as our extensive range of exhaust systems. This material is less susceptible to failure, discolouration & lasts almost indifferently. Each frame is professionally powder coated in a wide range of colours to the customer wishes. This leaves us with a vastly superior product with three key points for the ultimate virtual driving experience:
STRENGTH
Using mandrel bending and stainless steel as opposed to plastic or other materials keeps the frame solid. Eliminating any twisting or bending under load keeps the immersion enabling you to push harder than ever before.
APPEARANCE
Powder coating to the customers specification allows true personalisation; you can have the frame match a specific vehicle or suit a particular environment. Have it in the office, at home or on a show stand.

Milltek’s simulator frame is designed to work with leading simulator hardware manufacture Fanatec and will mount an FIA Spec Cobra Motorsport seat (available with custom embroidery and stitching).
